If you have a loyalty program, offer double points for purchases made over the next couple of weeks.

Sell “bonds.” Customers can buy $75 worth of bonds now that will be worth $100 when you reopen your doors.

Add webchat to your website. A client of ours sold $4,000 worth of merchandise the other day through webchat.

If you’re not locked down in your home, offer free delivery or curbside pickup.
